So, a quick fav around here: Make a box of Mac an Cheese. Mix in one strained can of tuna and one box thawed frozen peas.
Some days, I get my "food snob" on and make Mac and cheese from scratch using veggie pasta. I then mix in a can of strained tuna and a box of thawed peas. You would think I'd made "ambrosia" when you saw my children. They act like I've given them a huge treat. My 4 kids love the stuff....they are weird indeed.
