2 ingredient pork skewers

I was in our local grocery store when I found pork loin steaks on clearance because they expire
tomorrow. Dinner! Cha- Ching. I love a deal.

We cut them into cubes, and they marinated for about 2 hours in a Greek yogurt based Caesar salad dressing that I highly recommend. It had no MSG. 

We stuck them on skewers, and hubby grilled them. I made a big salad, partially from veg from the garden...and ta da...dinner! Little work, and very little clean up!
